CAMERA DEPARTMENT

Christian Passeri

TRIVIA

I love dogs more than cats (but my only tattoo is a cheetah on my right leg), I prefer the Beatles to the Rolling Stones (even though Let It Bleed is one of my favourite albums of all times) but no band will ever beat the Ramones.

I can't live without a pasta per day, love travelling (Africa and South America are waiting for me to be back) and nature.

Skiing and football are my religion, I ran a half marathon under 1h 30 mins but I always fancy a beer.

I dream of Eddie Vedder to become President of the USA, and can't wait for Chris Nolan's next movie.

My passion for documentary filmmaking is the combination of my successful environmental sciences degree, my undeveloped love for stills photography and my (in)glorious past as a freelance journalist. In April 2013 I moved to London to attend a documentary filmmaking course at Met Film School.

In March 2015 I moved to Berlin to look for new inspiration, and since then I am active as a Camera Assistant for big productions and as a Cinematographer for smaller ones.
